I inquired to my rep. Jerry Carl and the State Dept. of Gonzalo Lira's situation over 6 months ago. Numerous times to Jerry Carl. I was informed by one of his aids that he was aware. I never could get a response of if he contacted anyone of Gonzalo's situation. On my second email to State Dept. I received a reply that they were aware. POS, all of them!

Unconscionable that the Stste Department LET Gonzalo be murdered. His blood is on THEIR heads, and their children.
