The power of petitions

Many believe petitions to be a mode of raising and escalating an issue of public importance and to drive change, others believe petitions as a means of begging and they don't beg the government!

In this video I share my own opinion - petitions are a way of raising a material concern and when the 100k signatures are reach holds a debate in Parliament by those who are meant to represent all of the Estates of the People and thus creates a record in Hansard...
