The conflict in Ukraine will soon be in its third year. During this time much has happened and many predictions have been made. Western rhetoric has also changed a lot. From 'Russia is losing,' to 'Ukraine has already won' and to Biden’s 'as long as we can.' Rhetoric doesn’t change the reality on the ground.
