Ham Steak & The Best Pork Marinade EVER! | The Neighbors Kitchen

Want a wonderful, wholesome meal to serve this time of year? Well check out this ham steak with this awesome pork marinade you will absolutely love!

Marinade Recipe:

1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cups distilled water

Mix together, place in freezer bag with pork and let marinade in fridge preferably for 3 hours minimum, overnight would be better!
