Is Anger Justified?

God is Love and All. Therefore everything that is real, in truth, has Love as its foundation. This foundation may or may not appear to be visible or available in every moment, but it is always there. In every person, situation and event, this Loving foundation and choice exists. The ego, placing itself in opposition to All, is in truth nothing. Thus the ego’s tools, such as anger and judgment, are not a real expression of who we are in truth. It is only when we believe that our illusions are more real than our truth that we get affected by the ego’s tools and mindset. Anger is not real in truth. Yet anger does indeed appear real to those who have yet to awaken to the truth in them. Do not despair. For even beyond the false concept of anger, the truth exists and patiently awaits your awakening.

Today, if anger comes knocking, stop and recall where such a thought takes you — nowhere that you want to be. Now, in control of your thinking, use that angry thought, not to punish yourself or another, but instead to trigger in you the desire to choose a more productive path. Your true destination is the state of peace. If you desire to reach your destination, then you must proceed in its direction. Peace is an expression of Love, and thus any of Love’s expressions move you in the direction of peace. Forgiveness and gratitude are two such expressions. Forgive instead of being judgmental and angry, and you will find yourself on the path to peace. Be grateful to those who are part of your healing and awakening process, and your path to peace will be assured.
