This easy homemade Jalapeño hot sauce is one of our favorite sauces to make! Add this to your eggs, sandwiches, pizza, nachos, etc. Nothing beats a good Hot sauce!

Ingredients Makes ½ cup (118ml) of sauce

4 or 5 whole Jalapeños
2 whole garlic cloves
1 tbsp of vinegar
½ tbsp water
½ tsp salt

Grind the above ingredients well
Briefly Stir sauce and Enjoy!

Tips and storage
- For a thinner sauce add a few tablespoons of hot water
- Remove seeds to make sauce milder
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate
- Keeps for at least a month
