Russia Blames Ukraine For The Shelling Of Belgorod

Moscow claims Ukraine has carried out a series of air strikes on Russian soil. The Kremlin says the assault was “indiscriminate” warning it would not go unpunished.

Shelling in the centre of the Russian border city Belgorod killed 18 people, including two children, and injured 111, emergency services and Russian officials say.
