How to use the Sammons Preston Joint Jack to fix a stiff finger with a PIP joint contracture. Use the Joint Jack to help extend/stretch your stiff proximal interphalangeal joint. This is part of a playlist to help you reduce your finger stiffness and return full function to your hand. As an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy, I have had success with this technique. This is not the magic cure but it is another tool you can add to your toolbelt.
