Sugar-free Flourless Brownies 🍫⁠

⁠𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 ⁠𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 📑⁠
1 cup almond butter⁠
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)⁠
1/2 cup of low-carb sweetener (half allulose and half xylitol)⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
1 tbsp of butter⁠
2 eggs at room temperature⁠
pinch of salt⁠
Toppings: Hazelnuts and choc zero chocolate spread⁠
⁠𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠
At 350 degrees F, preheat your oven.⁠
Mix the almond butter, sweetener, and eggs. If the batter is too thick, you can put it in the microwave for 5 seconds. Please don’t overheat it, or you could cook the eggs!⁠
Add the butter, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix well.⁠
Prepare and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.⁠
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula. Add the hazelnuts.⁠
Bake the brownie batter for about 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Don’t overcook it, so they keep a fudge consistency. Allow the brownies to cool, then slice them into bars (optional). Drizzle the chocolate spread.
