1. Don't go too hard at the Gym
- Your body needs time to adapt.
- Start easy, slowly go up, know thyself.
- Build bigger Muscle Glycogen stores over time.

2. You don't need to workout every single day
- Its okay if you miss a day or 2.
- Working out too much is stressful on the body, may impair progress.
- You don't need to workout more than 30 minutes a day.
- It takes around 2 weeks for muscles to start atrophy.
3. Weight Lift over Cardio
- Lifting weights has been shown to burn more body fat and keep lean
muscles mass. Cardio burns more body fat and lose lean muscle man.
- You don't want to lose lean muscle mass.
- (Ladies, don't worry, you will not be big and swole, just toned)
4. Working out is not an excuse to eat more junk food and fast food.
- You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Don't drink alcohol.
- 90% of Abs are made in the kitchen, 10% Gym.
5. You do not need expensive protein powders!
- Eat Eggs, Beef, and Chicken for a Complete Amino Acid Protein Profile
and is more nutritious.
- Eat at least 70g of Animal Protein daily for maintenance.
6. Do not do a low-fat high-carb bodybuilding Diet
- Unless you choose to compete, this diet is bad for you.
- Disrupts your hormone balance, cognitive function, will
probably make you gain weight, blood sugar dysregulation.
7. Keep it simple with Low Carb, Keto, or Carnivore
- Find a diet you like that is consistent, easy for you to keep,
and enjoy. Remember that 90% of abs are made in the kitchen.
