EXECUTION IS EVERYTHING

I've always been smart and developed a good reputation for that. In fact, I've achieved a tremendous amount from just creating solutions to complex problems that serve others.

Eventually though, from an earning and career perspective I eventually approached a plateau. I kept hitting my head on a ceiling I couldn't see.

Turns out that ceiling was the difference between being an idea man and an executionist. Why? Because it aint real until it's done. The idea itself doesn't provide value to anyone.

Do you understand that? Great.

Now, let me give you some extra sauce - Being able to execute on your own will bring a multitude of rewards however it is not the highest form. Learning to execute through people by leading and creating accountability will reap you exponentially more rewards.

So, remember this, study to climb this ladder of value and above all remember to execute because...
