A rare recording from early in my journalism career when I worked as State Capitol Reporter and Afternoon News Anchor at KEBC, 94.7 FM in Oklahoma City.

The exact date of this tape is unknown, sometime in the summer of 1987.

Stories include: Gov. Henry Bellmon wants Supercollider project for #Oklahoma, briefcase bomb diffused at Comanche County Courthouse, Jesse Jackson & Gary Hart may run for president in 1988, President Ronald #Reagan not ready to invoke War Powers Act over hostilities in Persian Gulf, "peace pilot" protester Mathias Rust flies small plane into Moscow's Red Square, plus sports and weather.
