GOVERNMENT LAUNCHED LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PRIVATE – PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP GUIDELINES.

Government has launched local government, private – public private partnership guideline to allow local governments to deal with private sector to attract funding.
During the launch the state minister for finance and planning Amos Lugolobi urged local government to be innovating in collecting taxes since Uganda’s 40 percent of the budget goes in debt payment affecting the service delivery.
