Hello guys, I'm very excited to share with you this bodyweight chest workout and my first video on Rumble.

This is an effective chest workout, you can do it at home or anywhere you go without any GYM !

No equipment needed for this workout!

Let's do it and DONT GIVE UP!

Exercises :

Dyamond push ups - 3x - 6reps
15 sec pause between sets

Normal push ups - 3x - 8reps
15 sec pause between sets

Lateral push ups - 3x - 6reps
15 sec pause between sets

Incline push ups - 3x - 8reps
15 sec pause between sets

Decline push ups - 3x - 8 reps
15 sec pause between sets
