An animal rights group is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for ripping three paws off of an Anderson family's dog and then leaving him to die.  The family said they put their 12-year-old chocolate Labrador named Charlie out into the backyard and found him a short time later lying in a pool of blood.  Family members say Charlie had been mutilated. Three of his paws and his tail were cut off.  Charlie had to be euthanized because of the extent of his injuries.
