Reward offered for arrest, conviction of shooter who killed 1YO

The FBI is now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the death of 1-year-old Ace Lucas, of Canton, who was hit by gunfire while sleeping in his bed.
