Although we can’t get into Gaza ourselves, the Palestinian filmmaker Yousef Hammash - who also works for the Norwegian Refugee Council - has been filming there for this programme.

Tonight, he brings us another eyewitness account of life inside Gaza - as he joins hundreds of thousands of people who are being pushed towards the city of Rafah on Gaza's southern border with Egypt. While moving his own family south as well, he's documented the lives of others making the same journey.
