Amid the festive chaos of the Christmas break, there were two individuals, Alex and Jordan, both fitness enthusiasts but with different approaches to the holiday season.

On the other hand, Jordan faced the same holiday temptations but with a different mindset. Embracing the festive spirit, Jordan balanced indulgent treats with a commitment to creative and festive workouts. He adjusted his usual training program and simply exercised whenever he had the opportunity.

Moral of the story: DON’T be Alex. Momentum and speed are two key components to success in any life goals you have. Starting from scratch “next year” will destroy what you have going on right now.
