The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Given this, how does a treaty meaningfully abridge a citizen's constitutional rights? Not arguing that the alarm over this proposed treaty is unwarranted; only that the alarm probably should be tempered.

  It's not the treaty, it's the amendments. Amendments do not have to br approved by congress. It's disgusting what biden administration is doing and we have an unaware and feckless congress. Call your congressmen if the are republican and send them this clip.

    Sad thing is congress is not unaware...they are in their own war of evil vs. good. But if you're saying this is amendments to the constitution it is not and making an amendment is very onerous. Biden can't do it so he's signing an "agreement" not a treaty that does require a vote on the floor. The WHO talking about amendments is to the agreement.

  It's not a treaty because they knew they would have to run it through Congress. It's an "agreement" Biden is working with the WHO on. Among nation's they say. That can't be tempered and still have a Constitutional Republic...the Who dictates to all nations who subscribe to the agreement. Global takeover is what it is...by Davos, UN, pretty much all the oligarchs. You will own nothing and be happy. On their terms that is...go when we say, eat when we say, etc., etc.

This was a great interview and Staver is brilliant. I looked at LC's website and their Supreme Court cases (4) which appear to be much simpler lawsuits than what it would take making the case against a mammoth company like Pfizer. But, if he thinks he can do it, than God Bless him!!

This is my thought process on why covid was made. 1. British Empire still alive and well. It creates League of Nations which transitions to United Nations. 2. Brits create the idea of Globalism. A borderless world where there is no middle class and no religion. 3. UK and US scientists then design Covid and they get it manufactured in China. 4. China has been testing out a Social Credit System where the Banks & Govt. together rule people. Chinese Govt. (50 families belonging to CCP), own nearly all the wealth of China. All Politicians promised to have the same riches if they are willing to follow globalist plan. 5. British Banks and US Hedge Fund Blackrock now doing business in China. 6. UK's monster, the United Nations uses it's org the WHO to unleash tyranny and poverty on the world using covid as the excuse. 7. Covid unleased approx September 2019 and the 'vaccine' more than a year later yet the death rate prior to the vaccine same as for a normal year.

They were planning and pushing this a year ago in Geneva. The Biden/Harris/Satan admin has violated our rights in every other way. They will go around Congress just like always unless we stop them. We really need to man the ramparts in this one, NOW!

  But we live in a world of oligarchs that think they can say and do whatever they want and use lawfare to shush the opposition to their plan. You are correct...and no U.S. Administration has the power to sign an "agreement" aside of the Constitution, but is. Been a lot misrepresented and a lot to undo.

I follow here because Australia seems to be following the Biden/Administrative State playbook. It makes me fearful to see it play out and be powerless to fix things. Fair enough if the majority prefer policies I may disagree with, however the censorship of opinion and truth is hiding full representation.

    I didn't even notice no edit ability here until you mentioned it...that is strange and now it doesn't give me a reply button under your last, so replying under your first. I guess you mean auto correct on your phone cause there's no auto correct when typing in on laptop. From what I've seen/heard from fam/friends in Australia, they were overtaken a few years ago by globalist agenda. Except for one leftie (ex-corporate), they all kept telling me don't let it happen in the USA...we got blindsided. Believe me, it's not the majority...not even there...it's the people at the top who are using their position(s) to weaponize, censor, etc. That's exactly what I meant by need to stop them now, not after-the-fact. Mainly by helping places like lc .org and staying abreast of the info they provide. We can petition our representatives through them. Everything help.

    Not sure I understand what you mean by "be kind" as to my reply? As I said I wasn't disagreeing with you. Though hoping is not enough. In time...Yes the truth will ultimately prevail, but in the meantime If the rule of law is eviscerated (like the terms of a contract misrepresented) then it does not hold or topples - meaning our entire constitutional republic. Biden is all in on signing an "agreement" with the WHO, which will completely give away our sovereignty and that won't be easily undone. Civil unrest is what they are attempting to accomplish, so we can't go there...but need to stop them in their tracks...Now, not after-the-fact. The powers that be already know they have broken their contract with the people, are poking us in the face with it, so we don't need to wait for them to tell us. JS
