Here we have a 20 minute Arm Workout consisting of 4 exercises done as a Superset!! 💪💪💪
1st Tricep Dips 6 reps
2nd Barbell curls 30Kgs/66Lbs 6 reps
3rd Knuckle push ups 6 reps
4th Tricep bar Hammer curls 30Kgs/66Lbs 6 reps
1-2 minute rest after each superset then repeat all 4 exercising for a total of 5 sets.

If you find this to easy try 8 reps and increasing the weight 👊👊👊
