OPPOSITION MPS RETURN TO PARLIAMENT

The leader of Opposition Mathias Mpuuga has expressed the need for formation of a Judicial Commission of Inquiry as part of the avenues to conclude the long stand between government and the Opposition on allegations of Human Rights Abuse.
Mpuuga who on Tuesday afternoon presented a rejoinder to the statement of the Minister of State for Internal Affairs David Muhoozi fronted four fresh demands after describing government’s response as a political narrative.
But Parliament chaired by Speaker Anita Among rejected the prayers by the Opposition wing insisting on the available investigating organs.
