Keto Pasta Noodles for PSMF Diet | Egg White Noodles Zero Fat Low Carb

You can use these keto pasta noodles to make pasta and soup recipes for the PSMF diet!
*Update* Karen on Facebook made this PSMF pasta using 1 tbsp powdered psyllium and she said they turned out great!

Ingredients for Egg White Noodles (2 servings):
• 1/2 cup egg whites (125 ml)
• 3 tbsp Fat free Greek Yogurt (45 ml)
• ¼ tsp (1.5g) Redmond salt
• 2 tbsp (30g) whole psyllium husks (or 1 tbsp (15g) powdered)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Let stand for 10 minutes so the egg white noodle mixture can thicken. Spread on a silicon mat on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes or until edges start to brown and lift. Let cool, then roll and cut.

Macros: 71 calories, Protein: 9.7g, Fat: zero, Total carbs: 6.4, Fiber: 5g Net Carbs: 1.4g
