Keto Pan Seared Salmon | Carnivore vs Gordon Ramsay Crispy Salmon!

Today I am testing my regular keto pan seared salmon against Gordon Ramsay Crispy Salmon!
I try to make salmon at least once a week! Nobody else knows that it’s keto or carnivore, they just eat it and love it!
Making pan fried salmon is one of the fastest and easiest ways to cook it!
I’ll show 2 ways to make this carnivore salmon recipe, one is very basic and one is Gordon Ramsay crispy salmon method. You can decide which one you like best. Here is his video but food porn alert: He serves it over a warm potato dish. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jD9VJ92xyzA

Here’s what you need:
• Salmon fillets (I prefer skin on)
• Salt and pepper
• Butter or tallow for frying
• Heavy bottom pan
• Long spatula (or fish turner)

Heat pan, then melt butter or tallow. Place fish skin side down and allow to cook for 2-5 minutes depending on thickness. Flip fillet and cook another minute, then remove to plate.
