Back on Track with another BBBE Meal Prep!
I prepped Bacon, Venison Breakfast Sausages and Venison Meatloaf!

 @janetgreta  sent us home with a cooler full of good old free range, grass fed home processed venison!
Don't forget that on BBBE, you can eat other ruminants as well as beef such as lamb, elk, deer, bison, etc

Here's how I did the Venison Meatloaf:
2 lbs venison, 2 raw eggs, 1 cup crushed pork rinds, 4 slices slat & pepper, season to taste. Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
It was quite delicious!
