Why do I get Acid Reflux?

- Why do people get Acid Reflux? Because their stomach acid is too Alkaline.
- Stomach acid should be of an Acidic pH value between 1.5 to 3.5.
- The Alkaline Diet does not work because it will lead to poor digestion.
- Unable to properly breakdown food with a high pH will reduce your
stomach acid's ability to kill Pathogens (Bacteria & Parasites) and carry on
undigested food which may lead to Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).
- Stomach Acid that is acidic will breakdown your food without feeling the discomfort of Acid Reflux.
- The Parietal cells in your stomach will secrete Hydrochloric Acid (HCL)
- Activate Enzymes to breakdown your food like Pepsin, Amylase, Lipase, and other enzymes.
- The reason our stomach does not eat itself is because Pepsinogen is the UNACTIVATED form
of Pepsin, that does not turn on until you eat food, HCL will then activate Pepsinogen into Pepsin.
- Goblet Cells secrete Mucus to protect your Stomach Lining from the Acid and Enzymes.
- After all your food is properly broken down it will then go into your Small Intestines
where the food is then Alkalinzed by Sodium Bicarbonate.
- Some parts of the body must be Acidic while other parts must be Alkaline
- Some people claim being in an Alkaline state will prevent cancer but then you start to
get digestion and other health problems.
- I'll more than likely do a video on Sugar and the Warburg Effect, how sugar is the key
energy source for most Cancer cells to grow.
- So what do I do to help my Digestion and Reduce Acid Reflux?
- Stop eating lots of Alkaline rich foods like Grains, Breads, Pastas, Pastries,
Lemons, Limes, Onions, Tomatoes.
- This may be why some feel Acid Reflx after they eat Pizza with Tomato Sauce.
- Eat a more simple diet with meat from an elimination diet for a few weeks.
- Take Apple Cider Vinegar if you feel this helps with your digestion.
- Some do great with taking Betaine HCL Supplements to rebalance their
stomach acid.
- Take more Zinc which is needed to produce more stomach acid, if deficient.
- Potassium Chloride helps with this too.
