The meatballs are 1 lb gr beef, salt & pepper to taste, 1 egg, 1 -2 tbsp carnivore flour OR 3-4 tbsp ground pork rinds.
There is nothing precise about the gravy, add 1 tbsp butter and some liquid to the pan, scrape up the bits, and optionally add cream or sour cream , seasonings if needed, and 1 tbsp carnivore flour if you have it!
Roll into 16 balls.
