Pizza sandwich style calzone for snacking

The idea of this dish is to make a pizza that can be eaten like a sandwich (hence the reference to calzone, as it works like a calzone). The advantage of this roasting technique is for those who don't like the doughy edges or even prefer not to eat the edges because this way the falzone is rolled up without edges, one connected to the other.

In the video we show how to make it with 8 pieces, but you can make more, but I believe that to make it look good you have to have at least 6 pieces.
Take the dough and instead of making a round dough, make it rectangular, place it in a similar arrangement to the one implemented in the video.
Add tomato paste;
If you prefer, you can add more seasonings (I particularly like some smoke seasonings);
Add mozzarella (the more the better!);
Add other items (in the video we made one with pepperone);
Then close the dough (as shown in the video). Note that we made holes with the fork so that the gases generated during cooking can have a place to escape without lifting the dough;
As it is not possible to pre-bake the dough, bake it in the oven with low heat (as low as possible in your oven) on the highest shelf possible. Leave to bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with other sauces like ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise!
