I was excited about yesterday's sandwich...I couldn't hold it in until it was time to eat! Then I found another different sadwich video related to the Italian style, a vegan sandwich. Ok, ok, it's not exactly vegan, but it's very similar, just change a few ingredients like pepperoni, mozzarella (and depending on your level of demand even chicken bullion) and you're good.
Enough talk, let's cook!
INGREDIENTS
* 1 block of FrozenTofu (thawed and drained but still extra firm)
* Chicken bullion (to marinate the tofu);
* Maize starch;
* Some egg substitute for dredging (or cornstarch and water);
* Panko breadcrumbs;
* Garlic (can be granulated or cut into small slices) to taste;
* Salt to taste;
* Black pepper (to taste)
* Neutral Oil (for frying the chicken or substitute or you could use olive oil as well)
* Olive Oil to taste;
* (A Big) French Bread
* Garlic paste (made from 4 cloves)
* Mayonnaise (to taste);
* Oregano to taste;
* Lettuce (preferable Iceberg type);
* Red Onion (sliced);
* Pepperoni (the quantity depends on the size of the bread, it need to be enough to cover it);
* Mozzarella (the freshier the better);
* Tomatoes (marinated in olive oil for some minutes);
* Black pepper to taste;
* Roasted Red Peppers in Brine
You can add more flavor if use sherry wine vinegar mixed with olive oil a litle oregano and pinch of salt.
You could use some italian herbs like basil and marjoram and red chili flakes

Simple and healthy natural fruit ice cream
There are two ways to make this ice cream. One of them is the one I demonstrated in the video. In the video I use frozen strawberries, but it works with various fruits! Red fruits give a more present flavor but I really like this type of ice cream with papaya!
As I said in this version that I filmed, I show using Yogurt, honey and lemon juice! But there is a much simpler version, basically you put the frozen fruits in the processor along with powdered milk and blend until ice cream is formed. I recommend that you moderate the amount of powdered milk depending on how you process the fruits. Both situations are delicious and a perfect option for a hot day.

How to shape pasta dough without special tools.
The idea of this video is to demonstrate an ancient technique of making pasta. In the past, our nonas did have different utensils specially made for shaping and cutting pasta and which were transferred from mothers to daughters. But most families did not have this type of equipment. To shape the dough, people used simple tools such as knives, forks and spatulas.

Green and red peppers with chocolate (great option for Christmas and New Year parties)
It needs small peppers and can be any color. In the video I demonstrate the preparation with red and green peppers.
Cut the peppers into slices and remove the internal parts. Dip them in wodka (to reduce the strength of the pepper) and refrigerate.
Melt a bar of dark chocolate (you can add dark pepper, in this case, mix well) and dip the pieces of pepper in the chocolate.
You can melt a bar of white chocolate (as I did in the video) and place it over the pieces with dark chocolate, making streaks (technique demonstrated in the video).
Take it to the fridge once again.
After removing it from the fridge, you can serve it whenever you want!

Arabic chicken breast sandwich with peppers
Ingredients
* 1/2 small red onion, sliced;
* 250g chopped chicken breast;
* 2 slices of Arab-type bread (pita bread);
* BBQ seasoning to taste;
* Salt and pepper to taste;
Preparation method
* In a pan, bake the sebola;
* Add the chicken and add salt and pepper;
* Leave it roasting (you can leave the pan covered for this) until the chicken is to your liking;
* Add BBQ seasoning and mix. Let the sauce come to a boil;
* Place a slice of bread in a frying pan; if you want, you can grease the pan with butter.
* Add mozzarella and then pour the cooked chicken into the other pan. Spread well on the bread.
* At this point you can add other herbs and cheeses to add flavor to the dish, in the video I added xedar cheese!
* Place the other slice of bread. You can turn the bread over and leave it for a few more minutes with the pan covered to bake both breads;

Sandwich egg in the hole for the breakfast or afternoon snack
Different sandwich, made for those who like semi-boiled eggs.
Make a normal sandwich, however you prefer. For this type of sandwich, I like to make a cheese sandwich (as shown in the video).
Don't forget to use butter on the sandwich (Remember, butter is life!);
Grease a frying pan with butter (I already said that butter is life!), wait for the pan to heat up and bake the bread, turning it to cook on both sides.
PS: For the next step I lower the heat as much as possible and keep the pan hot, but for that the next step has to be quick!
After baking the sandwich, remove it from the pan and make a hole in the middle. You can use a jar of cucumber or any other condiment (as shown in the video). Return the sandwich to the skillet.
Break an egg in the middle of the sandwich, wait for the bottom part of the egg to seal, turn the sandwich over and wait for the other part to seal.
Point. Now just serve! In the video we can see me pinching the egg with the piece of sandwich that was removed to put the egg. Note that that piece also has very melty cheese!

Pizza sandwich style calzone for snacking
The idea of this dish is to make a pizza that can be eaten like a sandwich (hence the reference to calzone, as it works like a calzone). The advantage of this roasting technique is for those who don't like the doughy edges or even prefer not to eat the edges because this way the falzone is rolled up without edges, one connected to the other.
In the video we show how to make it with 8 pieces, but you can make more, but I believe that to make it look good you have to have at least 6 pieces.
Take the dough and instead of making a round dough, make it rectangular, place it in a similar arrangement to the one implemented in the video.
Add tomato paste;
If you prefer, you can add more seasonings (I particularly like some smoke seasonings);
Add mozzarella (the more the better!);
Add other items (in the video we made one with pepperone);
Then close the dough (as shown in the video). Note that we made holes with the fork so that the gases generated during cooking can have a place to escape without lifting the dough;
As it is not possible to pre-bake the dough, bake it in the oven with low heat (as low as possible in your oven) on the highest shelf possible. Leave to bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with other sauces like ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise!

Vegetables with seasonings and oven-baked pasta!
Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
If the vegetables are hard, like potatoes or cassava, pre-cook the items before cutting;
Open a dough to place the vegetable slices on the opened dough;
Fear to taste. You can add some type of edible aromatic herb like rosemary;
You can add a drizzle of olive oil to enhance the flavor and aroma;
