Storm Shield Forecast morning update 11/21/17

Passing clouds today won't stop us from warming up today. Expect a start in the low 50s this morning with the low 60s by 9 a.m., the low 70s by 1 p.m. and a Bakersfield high of 76 this afternoon... 13 degrees above average with haze on the horizon. We'll see the mid-70s in the Kern River Valley and desert too. Tehachapi and Frazier Park see the low 70s today.
