Storm Shield Forecast morning update 5/3/18

With a return to sunny and stable weather we will be turning much warmer, with a high of 85 in Bakersfield today, several degrees above our average of 80. Air quality turns moderate today as we start to turn stagnant with this warming pattern. The Kern River Valley will climb to the mid-70s today, with the upper 60s in the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park.
