Butterflied Leg of Lamb -- Grilled Tex-Mex Style

This is my Tex-Mex seasoned Butterflied Leg of Lamb. I reverse sear this lamb on a Kamado Joe and it turned out super moist and tender. The spice rub was spot on with Lamb. Karen made a side of Couscous and I grilled some vegetables for another side.

Dry Rub recipe:
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Green Chile Powder
1 tsp Chipotle Chile Powder
1 tsp Mexican Oregano
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
