Cluster B Abuse & Boundaries- Your Self-Care

There are toxic people, angry, boundary violating, uncooperative people, and then there are those (untreated) with Borderline Personality or Narcissistic Personality Disorders or Anti-Social Personality, and the end-game traumatic experience for you is pain, suffering, losing yourself, doubting yourself and maybe even blaming yourself.

What can you do to help yourself? What can you do to be taking care of yourself? Do you yet feel, from down deep inside, you matter and are worthy enough, to learn this, or continue to learn this, if you haven't already? In case, you do not know that yet, from deep within, let me again say, from my heart to yours, you are worthy enough, you do matter enough. In spite of all you may have been shown or told or screamed at about by a Cluster B or more than one, do not believe them. You need to do what you need to do to make sure that you are reclaiming yourself and working toward your inner deep healing from Cluster B abuse and that you are doing this more than just intellectually, which is a great.
