Narcissistic Abuse tears at the very fabric of your soul. It breaks your heart. It leaves you not sure who you are, or what happened or is happening. It leaves people believing they caused their own abuse or that it was all your own fault. NO! That's the depth of damage and the painful confusion of cognitive dissonance and doubting yourself as a result of the Narcissistic Abuse - IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT! You did not and do not deserve it. At its core, this abuse freezes people emotionally down deep, often, it causes among all other facets of pain an unspeakable scary loneliness. How can you go there? How can you feel all of that? Are you afraid you can't endure it? The core result of narcissistic abuse, along with other experienced PTSD or C-PTSD is this soul-level aching, longing, helpless feeling that is loneliness.

I have an Ebook "Over Coming Loneliness: Its Challenges, Lessons, Purpose and Meaning" that was written as a journey for the reader that might be of some guiding help for you.
