Paranoid Personality Disorder is a Cluster A (in the DSM 5) Personality Disorder and for a person to be diagnosed with it they must meet 4 of the criteria. There are 5 (T. Million) subsets of Paranoid Personality Disorder which can be co-morbid with many other personality disorders including other Cluster A PD's and Cluster B - BPD or NPD and Cluster C PD's as well.
