A lot of Narcissistic or Borderline abuse are stuck in obsessing about the BPD or the Narcissist and that's not as often love addiction as people may think. There are threads in a high percentage of those obsessed with a narcissist or borderline or psychopath because there is something deeper from childhood to realize, become aware of, process and make peace with. The more this is true for many Cluster B abuse survivors, the stronger and longer these obsessions last and keep people stuck in tremendous pain. All the while obsessive thinking about another means you are missing your here and now. Life is too short to not get to the bottom of this which can only be done in working with someone, like myself who really gets this and the often-time subconscious roots of what really drives any and all obsessive thinking.
