23LHDVD11-08 Randy Richey - Trauma

Before launching into his subject matter, Randy speaks on sin, which is a transgression of God’s law. That means we break God’s moral commandments. Never justify any sin. The real fear of the Lord is to care what He thinks. He leads in prayers for deliverance, teaching as he goes. He takes it beyond deliverance into healing. After demons are kicked out there is often the need for healing. Trauma is an overwhelming life event that leaves one with a feeling of helplessness, fearing for your life. It robs peace. It can overwhelm one’s ability to cope. It’s outside the range of normal healthy experience. It can throw into question every belief about God, self or others. It is an emotional response to events like accidents, rape, natural disasters, combat. Immediately after an event shock and denial can be typical. There are long-term effects that become defense mechanisms. Randy and Callie conclude this service by Randy standing in place of a father and Callie, a mother, asking forgiveness for the many things done wrong to each of the listeners. Much healing and deliverance occuring during this time of ministry.
