COURT RELEASES FORMER MD URC SSENDEGEYA ON A CASH BAIL OF 1 MILLION CASH.

Buganda Road magistrates court before magistrate Siena Owomugisha has released on a cash bail of one million the former Managing Director Uganda Railway coperation Stanley Ssendegeya and his sureties 10 million non cash.
Stanley Ssendegeya is accused of uttering false document and giving false documents to Deliotte Limited to secure the job of Managing director Uganda Railway Cooperation.
In the documents to Deliotte Limited Ssendegeya alleged that he holds a masters degree in Business administration whereas not to which was also indicated in his aciricum Vitea.
Magistrate Siena Owomugisha adjourned the case to 12th Decemmber 2023, for mention.
