BPD Breakup - No Contact: Next How To Break The Trauma Bond & Heal?
For so many people many BPD Relationship “Breakups” are not the END but rather just the beginning of Hoovers & reverse Hoovers that mean many attempts (that will fail) of Codependents and Borderlines to recycle the relationship. For some this on/off recycling means not ever getting g to no contact it to Codependent healing and recovery from the BPD relationship.
You can’t do this on your own!
The first goal is to seek professional help to get to no contact so you can have a chance to heal and break that on-going trauma bond.
If you resonate with me (see my 1100+ videos I work with clients in this specific area of recovery and have 33 years experience doing so.
