Warm-up for arms
These are four arm exercises that I have been doing for 30 years. My warm-up also contains exercises for the neck, lower back, shoulders, fingers, etc. There are about 20 exercises in total. It takes almost 25 minutes. In the summer I do warm-ups in the yard. But in winter I train at home. To create positive emotions, I turn on the video. This video is about other athletes. These are the athletes making noise in the video. Not me :)
