I live every day in agony, thanks to a degenerative bone disease and other ailments. If not for martial arts I would likely be far, far worse off. Despite this, I’m not fond of taking drugs every day to kill the pain and live a quasi normal life. I’m always looking for natural alternatives. Then, I stumbled upon this.
