The Biggest Problem With Modern Video Games

Modern video games have some advantages over the classics, but they also suffer from so many problems that did not need to affect them so drastically. One such issue with gaming now is the always-online component and the lack of game preservation. These games are so reliant on the internet and so reliant on connectivity features, that they completely crumple and fade away without these. Meanwhile, games from the earlier console generations can be played with no problems, to this day. WB Games' MultiVersus was a great example of this problem, as it being shut down pretty much ruined the content the game had to offer. #gaming #videogames #mmorpg
