Empowering learning among 3–8-year-old children

The Minister for Education and Sports, Janet Kataha Museveni, has reassured Ugandans of government’s commitment to boosting literacy through supporting education.
Mrs. Museveni’s message was conveyed by the minister of state for primary education, Dr. Joyce Moriku Kaducu, at the launch of 34 Early Childhood Learning Centres in Mvepi and Rhino Refugee settlement camps in Terego and Madi Okolo districts, West Nile sub region, Northern Uganda.
