Trials of the Century, Ep. 1: Is Depp v. Heard a "Trial of the Century"?

What goes into deciding is a trial is a "Trial of the Century"? When is it appropriate to have the discussion that a particular trial should be added to the list? Is it a decade, several decades, or how about just a single year?

This episode of Trials of the Century will focus on a trial that took place just 1-year ago. How is it that a defamation trial between two celebrities, Johnny Depp & Amber Heard, could possibly be considered a Trial of the Century just a year later? I guess we'll have to discuss.
