Mr. Whitney served critical in the pursuit by Jack, Maya, and Kowalski (and the estate of the late Beata Kowalski) against the juggernaut of John's Hopkins Childrens Hospital ("JHACH") and assisted in securing an award of a $261 Million award against JHACH. Mr. Whitney had graciously agreed to answer several questions that arose during the trial, questions that weren't asked during the trial itself (likely including a lot of lawyers nerding out on law and trial tactics)!

Kowalski v. Johns Hopkins All Children's Medical Center - the underlying facts of this case were the subject of the Netflix documentary, "Take Care of Maya" and involve treatment of Maya Kowalski beginning in 2016 by Johns Hopkins All Children's Medical Center (Florida).
