Just when I though AI was going to finally start pulling some weight around here and drafting my pleadings, we learn that ChatGPT is out here just making up caselaw on the fly...for shame!!!! Anyways, let's get caught up on some of the cases we've been covering!

➜ FTX Influencer Suit - case consolidated and appears to finally be moving forward...maybe...

➜ Sam Bankman-Fried Prosecution - the U.S. has missed several discovery deadlines and SBF has filed a motion to compel...is all ok with the prosecution?

➜ FTX Bankruptcy Redactions - the Bankruptcy Court heard FTX's motion to file its customer and creditor lists under seal...guess we'll have to see what they say!

And then we've got a Napster (I know, right!) settlement with some outrageous attorney's fees, an attorney getting disbarred for all sorts of bad behavior, and who knows what else...

Oh yea, and there might be an out-of-town visitor hanging out!
