➜ United States v. Bankman-Fried. Judge Lewis A. Kaplan revoked bond for FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried after finding "probable cause to believe that the defendant has committed the federal crime of attempted witness tampering". SBF left the courtroom in handcuffs and will be incarcerated pending his criminal trial, presently scheduled to begin October 2, 2023. So, how did we get here and what does it mean? Let's review!
