➜ Susanna Gibson. Ms. Gibson is a candidate running for a seat in the Virginia House of Delegates. Earlier this week, reports started surfacing that Ms. Gibson and her husband had an online presence that they didn't want to surface. Gibson is alleging that the release of her elicit livestream materials, where she would perform certain acts in exchange for tips, was unlawful and is levying some serious accusations. Let's see if what she's saying holds weight.

➜ Murdaugh Motion For New Trial. The South Carolina Attorney General has filed a response to Alex Murdaugh's motion for a new trial, which you'll recall alleged some really serious misconduct by the elected Clerk of Court, Rebecca "Becky" Hill. Let's review the response.

➜ Tom Girardi Competency. The Court conducted a competency hearing for Tom Girardi in his Federal criminal cases our of California and apparently Mr. Girardi had some spicy remarks. Let's discuss where everything stands.

➜ United States v. Bankman-Fried. Another week has passed, another attempt by Mr. Bankman-Fried to obtain pretrial release...let's discuss the latest.
