VEGAN CHEESE No Nuts ONLY 7 ingredients #vegancheese #recipe

1 and 3/4 Cups (400ml) Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Cup Water
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Garlic Power
1/4tsp Turmeric (for colour)
2TBSP Agar Agar ( Essential for binding )

- Mix everything into a pan
- Stir with whisk
- Put on heat and bring to a boil
- Turn down the heat to medium flame and stir CONSTANTLY for 6 minutes exactly
- Transfer immediately to a dish or mould
- Cool for a few minutes and then transfer to the fridge for an hour to set
