Addressing the launch of new boda bodas and Tukutuku by Kevlar on behalf of Kampala Minister Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, Mayor Salim Uhuru urged boda boda riders to remain vigilant against outsiders attempting to disrupt their work and perpetrate crimes.
