Minister Mayanja warns Dr. Kato against Makindye resident evictions

The atmosphere in Kansanga and Lukuli parishes, Makindye Division, was one of jubilation as residents warmly welcomed the Minister for Lands, Dr. Sam Mayanja. His visit to Kibatti Zone brought long-awaited positive news to the community amidst a meeting held to address their concerns.
Several villages including Sankasa, Mutesasira, and Kiwempe were on the brink of eviction due to a claim made by Dr. Martin Kato, who asserted ownership based on plot 254 block 300 in Kansanga-Nabutiti.
